Refund policy
Sometimes, things just don't work out as expected. The team at SAGE understands that. We maintain a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We also require the email confirmation or a proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping expenses are the buyer's responsibility.
Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages + Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as accessories and some toys. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for store credit has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically see a credit on your account.
If your hope is to exchange a purchase for a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as quickly as possible. However, if you note this request in your initial email, the new size or color will be held for you for 10 days, while you ship the original item back to SAGE.
